Your age must be between 18 years to 55 years as on the original last date of submission of application notified by ONGC
Please check your name, address and other details in Aadhaar Card and Employment Exchange Card and get the same corrected if required before sign-up and submission of application
Please check and provide correct details, otherwise your application shall not be considered
The Mobile Number, Email Address and Aadhaar Number provided by one applicant at the time of Sign-up cannot be used for any other applicant
Please scan Aadhaar Card (both sides), Employment Exchange Card (both sides), Age Proof from the list of documents mentioned and proof of current address in case current address is different than the address available in Aadhaar Card
Please fill-up all the details in English only
Please do not wait for the last date and time of submission and submit your application well in advance

Step 1: Sign up/Login

Inputs: Mobile number, Email Address and Aadhaar number
Verify Mobile number (correspondence) through OTP
Verify Email address through OTP
Verify Aadhaar - authentication via OTP received through Aadhaar linked mobile.
CAPTCHA verification
Without above verifications, users shall not be able to sign-up and apply for the tender.
After a successful sign-up, users can log in to fill out and submit the online Tender application form.

Step 4: : Selection of Vehicle Category

Select Vehicle Category(ies) (minimum: 1, maximum: 8):
- - Category-I: M&M Bolero Neo or equivalent (Diesel Driven) - 12 Hours.
  - Category-II: Electric Vehicles - Sedan type cars equivalent to Maruti Suzuki Dzire (Min. certified range as per ARAI/CMVR - 180 Km) - 12 Hours.
  - Category-III: M&M Scorpio Classic/N or equivalent (Diesel Driven) - 12 Hours.
  - Category-IV: Utility Vehicle (Tata Yodha C/S, M&M Bolero Camper (Double Cabin) or equivalent (Diesel Driven) - 12 Hours.
  - Category-V: M&M Bolero Neo or equivalent (Diesel Driven) - 24 Hours.
  - Category-VI: M&M Scorpio Classic/N or equivalent (Diesel Driven) - 24 Hours.
  - Category-VII: Utility Vehicle (Tata Yodha C/S, M&M Bolero Camper (Double Cabin) or equivalent (Diesel Driven) - 24 Hours.
  - Category-VIII: Toyota Innova Crysta or equivalent (Diesel Driven) - 24 Hours.
- For 12 hours category, one driver needs to be deployed. For 24 hours category, two drivers in 12 hours shift to be deployed
- Select the options to prioritize categories from Priority 1 to Priority 8.*
- Equivalent shall mean vehicle having specifications not less than that mentioned in the tender
Declarations:
- Read and provide acceptance of the terms and conditions of the tender.*
Application Preview:
- Carefully review all provided information and uploaded documents for accuracy and authenticity.
- You have the option to return to the application form to make any necessary changes before submission.
Submission:
